Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Sessions may be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for refund
- Rescheduling may be allowed once, subject to availability
Program-Based Services
- Teacher Training Programs and multi-session packages may have limited or no refunds once commenced
- Partial attendance does not qualify for refunds
- Rescheduling is subject to batch availability
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
- The service/session has not been availed
- Cancellation is made within the permitted time window
Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed sessions
- Missed sessions (no-show)
- Partially used programs
- Digital services once accessed
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
